Terms of Service

Welcome to TeRexDevs. By accessing our websites (terexdevs.in and terexdevs.com) and using our web development, SaaS, automation, and digital services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

TeRexDevs provides web development, scalable web applications, PHP & MySQL backend systems, automation solutions, SaaS development, and digital strategy services. All projects are defined with a clear scope before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

We primarily follow a payment-after-work model for custom development projects. Clients are required to review and test the project before making final payment.

In some cases, advance payment may be required for third-party services such as APIs, tools, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client.

All payment terms, milestones, and agreements are finalized before the project starts.

3. Refund Policy

- If the project has not been started, a full refund will be provided without delay. - Once work has started or is completed, no full refund will be issued. - Partial refunds may be considered only in cases where there is a valid issue from our side that remains unresolved.

4. Project Cancellation

Project cancellation terms depend on the stage of work:

  • If work has not started, full refund will be issued.
  • If work is partially completed, charges will apply based on work completed.
  • For ready-made or pre-built systems, payment is only required if external services are involved.

5. Support & Maintenance

We provide up to 1 year of support for systems developed by us, which includes bug fixes and stability improvements. New features or major changes are not included in free support.

6. Hosting & Infrastructure

Hosting and infrastructure services are handled by TeRexCloud. Service suspension, renewal, and hosting-related policies are governed by TeRexCloud’s own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the developed project is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed (such as SaaS or licensing models). TeRexDevs may showcase completed work in its portfolio.

8. Limitation of Liability

TeRexDevs is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including downtime, third-party failures, API changes, or misuse of the system by the client.

9. User Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, content, and credentials. Misuse of the systems, illegal activities, or violation of third-party terms is strictly prohibited.

10. International Clients

TeRexDevs works with clients globally. By using our services, you agree that communication, payments, and service delivery may happen across different regions.

11. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
